ISO 9001:2015 was published on the 23rd of September 2015. We now have a view of what the final structure and clauses of the new specification is. New concepts such as risk based thinking, knowledge management, context of the organisation and expectations of relevant parties are some of the concepts that implementers have to grapple with as we move forward to effectively implement this new system within our organisations

The aim of this course is to:
The aim of the course is to familiarise industry with the contents and requirements of ISO 9001:2015 Standard on Quality Management Systems
The two-day course interprets the scope of ISO 9001:2015 as it relates to an organisation and gives practical experience on developing and implementing a Quality Management system that conforms to the requirements.
At the end of the two-day course participants will understand the requirements of ISO 9001. Participants will also know how to translate them into activities within their processes. Participants will also be able to develop the necessary documentation as required by the standard.
